About Jennifer
Jennifer is a strengths-based trauma-informed Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) and intuitive eating/health at every size practitioner. She believes that all foods can fit and size does not determine self worth and overall health. Jennifer endeavors to cultivate clarity, compassion, connectedness, and embodiment. She enjoys working collaboratively with an integrative team approach. Jennifer offers individualized care in an inclusive and welcoming environment, and she utilizes a variety of therapeutic interventions and evidence based practices to meet the unique needs of her clients. Treatment is interactive and personalized with input from additional healthcare providers and healers across multiple disciplines. She invites clients to explore complementary interventions that augment traditional forms of treatment. Jennifer maintains a private practice offering both telehealth and in-person sessions in Lambertville and Summit, New Jersey.
Jennifer completed her graduate studies in Clinical Social Work at New York University, post-graduate coursework in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) at the Albert Ellis Institute (Manhattan, NY), and Mindfulness Based Stress Management (MBSM) training through the Penn Program for Mindfulness (University of Pennsylvania). She has experience working as a Primary Therapist in both inpatient and outpatient private, non-profit, and public healthcare settings and served as a Social Work Supervisor and Suicide Prevention Coordinator with the Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NJ).
